Waterlilies by Moonlight is a study in Digital art and my photography combined. See the face of a young girl reflected through the water. Take from it the meaning you receive. Digital art is still not properly accepted by so many traditional artists. As someone who pInts with acrylic, oil’s, water colors in the pencils and pen an ink with brushes I know that learning digital painting is often much more difficult than painting in other forms but the layers and detail can be so much more interesting and intriguing. I have been painting with digital painting programs most often Adobe illustrator and Photoshop where so many layers can be combined!
Please note that all forms of art ordered will NOT have the Watermark! I am a modern impressionist with figurative abstraction thrown in. If I were to create a phrase for my work it would be, "Late 20th and Early 21st Century Mixed Media Impressionistic painter and poet telling stories with art." I first began mixing media when I was very young and everything began as a sketch in pencils then added watercolor, then oil, then acrylics in different forms. I love all the different mica powders and iridescent paint That are available. today to use in our paintings.
